Military stock photo – As a part of Sexual Assault Awareness Month, Marines with Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton enjoy the satire in “Sex Signals,” a theatrical presentation about sexual misconduct to better inform service members about sexual assault and how to better prevent it, at Camp Pendleton’s base theater, April 28. Performers use audience interaction combined with improvised skits to present real world scenarios to service members, to help keep them informed and entertained. “They are more on the level with how we communicate,” said Lance Cpl. Natasha Rosales, administrative clerk, Headquarters and Support Company, Headquarters and Support Battalion, MCB Camp Pendleton. “Casual talking, making jokes, but in the end they really do make a clear message of what is appropriate and what isn’t, as far as stereotypes of males and females and how they converse and making sure they ask the right questions and not get caught up in bad situation.”
